Orders ship within 3-7 days. International orders usually take 1-4 weeks.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds will only be given if the item gets damage during shipping. If that happens, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order with images of the defect and I will asses your matter within 48 hours to help resolve the situation.
